Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC (CTP) extend the ASP.NET MVC framework by delivering a server-based framework that integrates with client-side modules based on popular JavaScript library, jQuery. Built from the ground up on the Microsoft ASP.NET MVC framework, these new UI extensions facilitate development of reusable AJAX scripting components and deliver WebForms-like productivity without sacrificing the patterns, practices, and guidance of ASP.NET MVC.
This first CTP of the Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC lays a foundation for the new UI extension framework, and offers a preview of its power by providing .NET wrappers for the following jQueryUI components:

- Accordion
- Date Picker
- Slider
- Progress Bar
- Message Box
And with this you have a nifty script manager that downloads *only* the required script files with out you having to do any dirty work behind the scenes
